You play a pivotal role in supporting us in shaping our company culture and driving strategic initiatives in employee development, talent management and organisational effectiveness.

Your role will require you to collaborate and communicate extensively with various stakeholders from both internally within the Company or group of companies, and externally with our business partners.

Responsibilities

You can expect to:

● Collaborate with team members to implement employee life cycle initiatives that improve the overall employee experience, including onboarding, development, and engagement strategies.

● Conduct needs assessments, design and deliver development programs that enhance employee skills, leadership development, and career growth.

● Promote a culture of continuous learning by facilitating access to self-learning resources, workshop and development program.

● Gather and analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs, track key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

● Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with relevant stakeholders to implement action plans that enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

Qualification:
● Bachelor’s Degree/Masters in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent
● Those with Science or Engineering background are encouraged to apply

Experience:
● Possess 2-3 years of working experience in performance, development, engagement, or related HR function.
● Experience working in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage

Knowledge & Skill:
● Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) applications.
● Familiar with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, detailed oriented, flexible, adaptable and curious
● Planning and project management skills
