Nippon Paint Holdings SG Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern or contract staff to join our Sustainability & HSE team. This role offers hands-on experience in sustainability reporting, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and ESG research. You will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects that drive our sustainability strategy and impact.

Contract Period: Jun 2025 to Dec 2025
● Assist in collecting and analyzing ESG data, including Health and Safety performance indicators (e.g., incident rates, lost-time injuries).
● Support the preparation and review of ESG and sustainability disclosures (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), including Health and Safety metrics.
● Conduct research on ESG trends, regulatory developments, and industry benchmarks related to sustainability and workplace safety.
● Assist in updating internal Health and Safety dashboards and documentation.
● Help coordinate and communicate ESG and Health and Safety campaigns or awareness activities.
● Support the tracking of sustainability and Health and Safety KPIs and improvement initiatives.
● Currently pursuing / Graduated with a degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business, Economics, or a related field
● Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility.
● Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.
