Our commitment to “Colouring Lives” continues to gain momentum, extending into classrooms, community centres, and the hearts of our employees. Over the recent months, NIPSEA Group entities across the region have focused on upskilling talent, celebrating loyalty, and creating safe spaces for creativity.

Double the Hope for Little Heroes

In a powerful display of solidarity, NIPSEA Chemical Korea (NCK) and Nippon Paint Marine Korea (NPMK) joined forces for their first joint CSR initiative. Moving beyond simple monetary donations, 76 employees laced up their running shoes for a charity marathon that raised KRW 5,000,000 for children battling cancer. The team pledged to act as “pacemakers” for these young heroes by promising to run alongside them and provide steady support throughout their treatment journey.

The Pulse of Creativity

Nippon Paint Pakistan proudly supported SheMatters PULSE 2026, an event dedicated to vibrant energy and community connection. The team created a hands-on pot-painting activity that allowed families to experience the safety and ease of our water-based paints firsthand. It was more than just a craft session but rather a space for meaningful connection that brought joy to families while highlighting the role of colour in mental wellbeing.

Skilling the Nation

Nippon Paint India reached a significant milestone in its CSR journey by receiving a formal Letter of Engagement (LoE) from the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC). The recognition was awarded at the TN Skills 2025 ceremony in the presence of the Deputy Chief Minister. This partnership solidifies our role in preparing young talent for national-level competitions in Painting & Decorating, creating genuine career pathways and a future-ready workforce for the industry.

A Bright Start for Students

In a touching initiative for the new school year, Nippon Paint Sri Lanka donated paint to Eheliyagoda Primary College. The donation was used to refurbish classrooms for children entering the first grade in 2026, ensuring they begin their educational journey in a bright, clean, and inspiring environment.

Honouring Dedication

At Betek, the focus turned inward to celebrate our most valuable asset: our people. During a special ceremony, the management team presented service awards to colleagues who have completed 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years with the company. These awards recognise the unwavering loyalty and contribution of employees who have grown alongside the brand, reinforcing the deep bonds that make the Nippon Paint-Betek family so strong.

Celebrating Children’s Day, Nippon Paint Thailand supported the “Habito Learn & Play” workshop at Habito Mall. By providing paints for bag and plant pot painting activities, the team helped create a creative learning space where children could unleash their imagination and express themselves through art.
