Achieving long-term, sustainable growth requires moving beyond transactional sales to build deep, consultative partnerships. Across our global network, we are actively strengthening the ecosystems that drive our business, forging alliances that elevate construction standards and build profound brand affinity.
Forging Strategic Alliances for Sustainable Projects
In a significant step towards sustainable project development, Nippon Paint Vietnam formalised a strategic partnership with construction contractor Handong Engineering & Construction and strategic distribution partner Lam Vy. The agreement commits Nippon Paint to providing advanced coating solutions, comprehensive technical support, and dedicated warranty services for projects implemented by Handong through Lam Vy’s distribution network. This three-way connection is designed not only to optimise implementation efficiency and elevate overall construction quality, but also to build a highly resilient value chain that establishes a strong foundation for long-term cooperation.

Elevating Construction Quality Through Partnership
Nippon Paint Vietnam signed a second strategic agreement with ST Decor within the DnC Company framework, a programme designed to connect design and construction businesses. Established in 2017, ST Decor operates across three regions with over 600 personnel and thousands of residential projects nationwide. This alliance seamlessly combines Nippon Paint’s advanced material solutions with ST Decor’s extensive practical construction capacity. As highlighted by National Trade Marketing Director Lam Minh Huy during the ceremony, delivering perfect projects requires the accompaniment of dedicated partners, and this collaboration ensures the delivery of safer, highly aesthetic, and sustainable living spaces.

Building Meaningful Connections with Royal Challengers Bengaluru
Recognising that the real value of strategic sponsorships lies in relationship-building, Nippon Paint India hosted an exclusive Meet & Greet session in Bangalore to leverage its cricket associations. Gathering at The RCB Café, the highly engaging event brought together 55 dealer partners, 10 architects, and 3 contest winners to interact directly with Royal Challengers Bengaluru players Venkatesh Iyer, Jacob Duffy, and Abhinandan Singh. Beyond ensuring brand visibility on one of India’s most-watched sporting platforms, the event created a culturally relevant, memorable experience that solidifies lasting loyalty across the local ecosystem.
Strengthening Regional Affinity with the Punjab Kings
The Indian team replicated this successful engagement model in Lucknow with a dedicated session featuring the “Babbars” of the Punjab Kings. Hosted at Hotel Damson Plum, the gathering allowed 100 dealer partners and 5 architects to meet players including Marco Jensen, Prabhsimran Singh, Hardeep Brar, Azmatullah Omarzai, and Priyansh Arya. These dynamic interactions are crucial for building deep brand affinity in key regions, proving that our partnerships go far beyond transactions to actively strengthen the crucial relationships that drive our business forward.
