From historic unification in India to high-level financial partnerships in Bangladesh, the focus has been on consolidating strength to drive future growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>Historic Unification: Six Business Units, One Strategic Direction<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nippon Paint India set a historic precedent with ONEness 2026, a massive conference that brought together all six business units (Decorative, Industrial, Auto Refinish, Marine, and others) under one unified direction. The event was designed to break down silos and drive strategic alignment through dialogue, ensuring that every division moves forward with shared priorities. Following this, the Industrial Unit held its own Town Hall to operationalise this vision, launching their 2026 theme &#8220;Scaling Our Momentum&#8221;.
