The facility features an open-plan layout and a central staircase, thoughtfully designed to bring engineers from all group companies together on a single floor. This collaborative environment aims to break down traditional silos, enabling the seamless integration and evolution of technologies that drive both productivity and innovation across the Japan Group.

The five-story building ranks among the largest research centres within the Nippon Paint Group globally and will serve as a base for over 200 engineers and specialists. The centre brings together a diverse range of expertise from Nippon Paint Co., Ltd., Nippon Paint Automotive Coatings Co., Ltd., Nippon Paint Industrial Coatings Co., Ltd., Nippon Paint Surf Chemicals Co., Ltd., Nippon Paint Marine Coatings Co., Ltd., and Nippon Paint Corporate Solutions Co., Ltd.<\/span><\/p>\n
