An Outdoor Adventure with Betek Boya in T\u00fcrkiye<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

Colleagues from Betek Boya recently enjoyed an unforgettable trekking experience in the heart of nature. The day began with a team breakfast before setting off on an 11km trek accompanied by a guide. Along the route, the team learned about local plants and mushroom species, deepening their appreciation for the environment. Despite a challenging final section, the team’s determination saw them through, and the day concluded with a well-deserved lunch.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fostering Team Spirit in Singapore<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

The team at Nippon Paint Singapore has been busy fostering camaraderie through a series of engaging events. The company showed its appreciation for staff on 25th April with a special Labour Day celebration featuring a lively mix of food, games, and a lucky draw. Building on those good spirits, the team also hosted a staff Bowling Competition on 11th July, giving colleagues another excellent opportunity to relax and connect.

A Creative Touch for Mother’s Day in T\u00fcrkiye<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

In a colourful and heartfelt celebration for Mother’s Day, Betek Boya organised a “Paper Bouquet Workshop” in collaboration with A! Ne Ho\u015f at its Gebze Factory and Head Office. For one hour, team members focused on designing beautiful paper flowers, channelling their creativity to craft meaningful, handmade gifts for their loved ones.

Nurturing Future Talent at Betek Boya<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Betek Boya is also investing in the next generation of professionals. At a recent closing meeting for its July interns, the company listened to their final presentations and witnessed their development. To support their future careers, we conducted a CV preparation and interview techniques training session, providing them with a practical guide for their professional journey. The team thanks the interns for their contributions and looks forward to welcoming the next cohort in August.<\/span><\/p>\n

A Festive Family Carnival in Bangladesh<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Nippon Paint Bangladesh recently hosted the vibrant <\/span>Nippon Paint Family Carnival 5.0<\/b>. This special gathering aimed to enhance professional ties with valued business partners while also celebrating the family connections that support our collective success. Championing Sustainability in India<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

This past World Environment Day, the Industrial Coatings division at Nippon Paint India rooted its commitment to sustainability. Led by the HSE team, employees turned awareness into action through a series of green initiatives. Activities included tree plantation drives and a creative ‘Best Out of Waste’ contest, demonstrating that every small step is part of building a bigger, greener picture.
