Key achievements include:<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Reduced Emissions:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We achieved a 9.8% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions intensity compared to our 2021 baseline. This equates to a total reduction of <\/span><b>24,065 tonnes of CO2e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, equivalent to removing the emissions of over 5,000 cars from the road for a year.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Waste Management:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Through a focus on the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), we successfully diverted <\/span><b>29,079 tonnes of production waste from disposal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This accounts for 40.5% of all waste generated, representing a significant increase from the previous year.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Water Conservation:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Our efforts led to using <\/span><b>125.5 megalitres less water<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> compared to 2023, a saving equivalent to filling over 50 Olympic-sized swimming pools. In 2024, sustainably developed products accounted for <\/span><b>68.8% of our new product sales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, generating <\/span><b>USD 1.191 billion in revenue<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This is guided by our Green Design Review process, which evaluates a product&#8217;s environmental impact throughout its lifecycle. A key example is our development of a low-carbon binder that can replace up to 50% of cement in putties, resulting in over 30% reduction in carbon emissions.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1712\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1712\" style=\"width: 800px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-1712\" src=\"https:\/\/nipsea.group\/newsletter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/newsletter-08-1024x768.png\" alt=\"newsletter-08\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nipsea.group\/newsletter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/newsletter-08-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/nipsea.group\/newsletter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/newsletter-08-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/nipsea.group\/newsletter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/newsletter-08-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/nipsea.group\/newsletter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/newsletter-08-1536x1152.png 1536w, https:\/\/nipsea.group\/newsletter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/newsletter-08-2048x1536.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1712\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Our emissions reduction is equivalent to taking 5,000 cars off the road.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><b>People, Community, and Safety:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Our commitment to social responsibility remains at the core of our values.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We positively impacted more than <\/span><b>28 million lives<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> through 84 CSR initiatives globally, investing over USD 3.71 million and committing <\/span><b>168,412 volunteer hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>628,453 litres of paint<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We continued to build a more inclusive workplace, with female representation in management and emerging leadership roles reaching <\/span><b>28.4%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our focus on safety was unwavering, and we are proud to have maintained <\/span><b>zero workplace fatalities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;\">While we are proud of these results, our journey is far from over. We are currently updating our goals and developing new, ambitious targets for 2030 that align with our expanded business scope and will guide our efforts in the years to come.
