Get ready for an exciting challenge! This August, we invite all NIPSEA employees to participate in our brand-new NIPSEA Quiz, available exclusively on TalentLMS. It’s your chance not only to test your knowledge but also to share your valuable insights through the open-ended feedback sections. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to compete for fantastic prizes, including a Grand Prize of a Special Nippon Paint Motor Helmet. Are you ready to prove that you’re a NIPSEA expert? How to Participate<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

Participating is simple. Here’s everything you need to know to get started:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Quiz Period:<\/b> The quiz is open until the end of <\/span>\u00a0August 2025<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Eligibility:<\/b> The quiz is open to all current NIPSEA employees with access to TalentLMS.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • How to Enter:<\/b>\n
      \n
    1. Log in to your TalentLMS<\/b> account.<\/li>\n
    2. Find the quiz using one of two easy ways<\/span>:\n
        \n
      • Use the search bar under \u2018Course Catalog\u2019 and type \u201cLearn & Win with Our NIPSEA Newsletter Quiz\u201d<\/b>.<\/li>\n
      • Alternatively, navigate to the NIPSEA Employee Engagement Events<\/b> section on your dashboard and select the quiz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Complete all the questions, including the final open-ended feedback section, and submit your answers before the closing date<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        What You Can Win<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

        We have some exciting prizes up for grabs for our top participants!<\/span><\/p>\n

        • Grand Prize (1 Winner):<\/b> One overall winner will receive an exclusive <\/span>Special Nippon Paint Motor Helmet<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Top Scorer Prizes (12 Winners):<\/b> The twelve participants with the highest scores will each receive a stylish <\/span>Tumbler<\/b> with a randomly selected design.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          How Winners Are Selected<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

          Winners will be chosen based on their performance in the quiz.<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Top Scorer Prizes:<\/b> The 12 winners will be determined based on the highest scores achieved by each participant. In the event of a tie for any of these positions, we will select the winners via a random draw from the tied participants.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Grand Prize Winner:<\/b> The Grand Prize winner will be selected from the participant(s) with the overall highest score. If there is a tie for the highest score, the winner will be chosen based on the quality and thoughtfulness of the answers provided in the open-ended feedback section. Your feedback matters!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Winner Announcement<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

            The NIPSEA Newsletter will officially announce the names of all winners in a future edition.<\/span><\/p>\n
