Empowering Coastal Communities in Sape<\/b>
\n<\/b>Their recent Maritime CSR initiative in Sape, Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, went beyond just a fresh coat of paint. They revitalised hundreds of fishing boats, helping to boost the local economy. But that’s not all! They also empowered the community through workshops on recycling plastic waste into hydroponic systems and educated them about mangroves’ vital role in protecting coastlines.

Revitalising Mosques in Central Java<\/b><\/p>\n

In Central Java, Nippon Paint Indonesia collaborated with local communities to refurbish 51 mosques, ensuring they remain vibrant centres for prayers and welcoming spaces for worship. Using premium paints, including Weatherbond Max and Flawless Easy-wash, they helped preserve these essential community hubs. This project improved the lives of those who use the mosques and contributed to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
