Our responsibility extends beyond products. We actively invest in supporting community well-being, empowering individuals with new skills, and strengthening the internal ecosystem that drives our success.
Creating Accessible and Sustainable Spaces
Nippon Paint Thailand views strategic partnership as key to improving local environments. In a recent initiative, the team collaborated with Origin Property for the Origin Give project, donating colour and improving the landscape around Ban Khlong Luang School in Samut Prakan. This collaboration highlights a shared, practical commitment between both organisations to the community and the environment.
We also apply our premium coating solutions to support critical social infrastructure. Nippon Paint Vietnam was honoured to contribute Green Label certified coatings to the “Huong Duong” Library in Vinh Long. This project, which achieved LOTUS Gold certification for sustainability, created an accessible and inspiring space specifically designed for students with physical disabilities.

Colours for New Hope: Empowering Rehabilitation
In Indonesia, our commitment to social impact has taken on a transformative role at the Tanjung Gusta Class I Prison in Medan. Through the CSR programme #ColouringLives, Nippon Paint Indonesia donated 522 litres of Best-in-Class paint to revitalise the facility.

Beyond simply refreshing the walls, this initiative focused on empowering lives. We conducted vocational painting training for 100 inmates, covering everything from basic techniques to safety standards. This training aims to equip them with valuable skills that can support their reintegration into society, proving that a fresh coat of paint can indeed signal a fresh start.
Standing by Communities in Times of Need
Nippon Paint believes in demonstrating commitment and compassion during critical periods. Following the recent floods in Buner and Swat, our team in Pakistan stepped up to support affected families. We distributed relief packages filled with essential supplies, ensuring that our commitment to care and social responsibility reaches those who need it most.
Prioritising Our People
A resilient business begins with a healthy workforce. Nippon Paint Pakistan recently concluded its “Annual Employee Wellness Assessment” 2025, reaffirming the belief that the team’s well-being is the foundation of organisational success.

To further this commitment, the team held a specialised awareness session on “Contagious Skin Diseases & Hazards of Industrial Common Compounds.” This initiative served to educate employees on prevention, symptoms, and timely treatment, ensuring a safer, more informed, and empowered workplace for everyone.
Moving as One Unified Force
Strengthening our competitive edge requires clear direction. Nippon Paint Malaysia recently concluded the 7th M Group Conference and 2nd PDT Conference, a high-impact gathering that united 180 delegates on-site and 80 virtually from 13 countries across the Malaysia Group and NIPSEA Group entities.

This event was more than just a meeting as it brought leaders together to align on our goals, sharpen our ways of working, and reinforce the discipline needed to drive performance across all functions.
