The start of the year has been defined by intense strategic alignment across the NIPSEA Group, with multiple regions launching their roadmaps for 2026. From historic unification in India to high-level financial partnerships in Bangladesh, the focus has been on consolidating strength to drive future growth.

Historic Unification: Six Business Units, One Strategic Direction

Nippon Paint India set a historic precedent with ONEness 2026, a massive conference that brought together all six business units (Decorative, Industrial, Auto Refinish, Marine, and others) under one unified direction. The event was designed to break down silos and drive strategic alignment through dialogue, ensuring that every division moves forward with shared priorities. Following this, the Industrial Unit held its own Town Hall to operationalise this vision, launching their 2026 theme “Scaling Our Momentum”. The session focused on aligning teams toward the 2028 Vision, reviewing key achievements from 2025, and fostering a “people-first” mindset to drive collective growth.

Coating the Future

In Pakistan, the focus turned to the extended family of partners. The Annual Dealer Conference 2026, themed “Coating the Future,” gathered dealers from across the country. The event reinforced the message of “One brand. One family. One future,” emphasising that Nippon Paint’s market leadership is built on the ownership and dedication of its dealer network.

Strengthening Financial Governance

Nippon Paint Bangladesh executed a major strategic move by partnering with BRAC Bank PLC. This collaboration implements advanced transaction banking solutions that provide near real-time visibility over the distribution network.

By enhancing receivable management and transparency, this partnership significantly strengthens the unit’s financial governance and operational efficiency. Additionally, a new MOU with the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) signals a deeper collaboration with the design community to drive innovation and sustainability.

Sustainability Excellence with Sansiri

Nippon Paint Thailand celebrated a major B2B victory with key partner Sansiri, who won the “Sustainability Excellence” award at the SET Awards 2025 for the second consecutive year. This achievement was powered in part by the co-development of Nippon Paint Weatherbond Ultra for Sansiri, a product innovation designed specifically to meet the developer’s rigorous supply chain and environmental standards. This proves that our technical capabilities are not just about paint quality but about enabling our partners to reach their own sustainability milestones.
