Safety and community support are the foundations of a sustainable business. We are committed to protecting our employees inside the workplace and actively supporting the neighbourhoods where we operate.

Emergency Readiness on the Factory Floor

Safety is a shared responsibility at every level. At the Nippon Paint Pakistan factory we hosted Rescue 1122 for a comprehensive safety training session. Our teams learned essential emergency response skills including first aid measures and fire safety protocols to strengthen our commitment to a resilient work environment.

Honouring Loyalty and Ambition

Our community spirit shines just as brightly in our celebrations. Nippon Paint Pakistan kicked off 2026 with a New Year Cake Cutting Ceremony and a vibrant Annual Gala. From celebrating long-serving employees to the Umrah Ballot Winners we are reminded that our growth is powered by a community of dedicated professionals.

Cultivating a Peer-Led Safety Culture

Nippon Paint India has also taken proactive steps by conducting Behaviour-Based Safety Observation (BBSO) training. This session focused on identifying unsafe behaviours and strengthening peer-to-peer accountability so that safety becomes a mindset adopted by every employee rather than just a policy.

Prioritising Mental and Physical Wellness

Betek has launched a wellbeing collaboration with Heltia to take a holistic approach to safety that includes mental health. Our colleagues can now access online consultations with psychologists, dietitians, and physiotherapists because we believe that teams who feel good create stronger tomorrows.

Recognised as a Top Workplace

Nippon Paint Vietnam was honoured as one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2025. This recognition is based on over 73,000 objective evaluations and serves as a testament to our ongoing efforts to build a professional workplace that offers abundant growth opportunities.

Restoring Hope After the Floods

We are also moving quickly to support communities facing hardship. Following severe flooding in Hat Yai Nippon Paint Thailand donated 1,000 cans of RP7 multi-purpose spray to the “Fix It Center.” These supplies will help locals repair engines and tools damaged by water so they can get back on their feet as soon as possible.

Bringing Colour to Spiritual Sanctuaries

In the spirit of Christmas Nippon Paint Indonesia revitalised the Santo Yusup Catholic Church in Semarang. By donating 460 litres of Best-in-Class paint we helped create a sanctuary of peace and beauty that ensures the space remains a source of comfort for the congregation.

Uplifting Lives Through Shelter

Finally Nippon Paint Malaysia supported IJM Land’s myHome Programme in Labu to help a local family in need. We provided the paint required to rebuild a safe and dignified home for an Orang Asli family as part of our effort to support basic living standards in our community.
