Answering the Call for Blood Donation
Reflecting a deep commitment to voluntary community service, the Nippon Paint Myanmar team organised a successful collective blood donation drive. Employees stepped forward to contribute to this noble cause, highlighting the shared belief that saving a life is one of the greatest acts of giving.
Revitalising Educational Spaces
With a people-centric development approach, Nippon Paint Vietnam partnered with Saigon Children’s Charity and BASF to successfully renovate the Ba Chuc Kindergarten in An Giang. The school was revitalised using green-certified coatings to ensure a safe environment. To celebrate the inauguration, the team organised an interactive Art Class for the students to explore their creativity.
Prioritising Internal Wellbeing
Employee experience remains at the heart of the Betek corporate culture. Following 130 days of meticulous work, the team proudly unveiled a fully modernised industrial kitchen and dining hall at the Gebze production facility. Designed to serve 1,000 employees daily in a comfortable atmosphere with top-tier hygiene and the latest technology, the new space was officially inaugurated with a meaningful iftar dinner attended by management and colleagues. Guided by the belief that “good food is the key to a good day,” this upgrade reinforces Betek’s commitment to keeping employee wellbeing at the centre of their operations.
Stepping Up for Health
With the support of wellness partner Heltia, Betek successfully concluded its Internal Step Competition. Designed to keep wellbeing at the centre of the corporate culture, the month-long event brought incredible energy and motivation to the workplace as colleagues enthusiastically tracked their daily movement.
Honouring Women Through Art
In celebration of International Women’s Day, Betek brought female colleagues together for an inspiring evening to watch the acclaimed theatre play “Toz,” starring Zerrin Tekindor. The event served as a beautiful tribute to women’s labour and art in society, offering a meaningful space to share joy and celebrate the profound strength of women in all areas of life. Beyond this special evening, Betek is actively building a permanent workplace culture where female employees can freely express themselves, maximise their potential, and have equal access to development and leadership opportunities.
