It’s your chance not only to test your knowledge but also to share your valuable insights through the open-ended feedback sections. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to compete for fantastic prizes, including a Grand Prize of a Special Nippon Paint Motor Helmet. Are you ready to prove that you’re a NIPSEA expert? How to Participate
Participating is simple. Here’s everything you need to know to get started:
- Quiz Period: The quiz is open until the end of August 2025.
- Eligibility: The quiz is open to all current NIPSEA employees with access to TalentLMS.
- How to Enter:
- Log in to your TalentLMS account.
- Find the quiz using one of two easy ways:
- Use the search bar under ‘Course Catalog’ and type “Learn & Win with Our NIPSEA Newsletter Quiz”.
- Alternatively, navigate to the NIPSEA Employee Engagement Events section on your dashboard and select the quiz.
- Complete all the questions, including the final open-ended feedback section, and submit your answers before the closing date
What You Can Win
We have some exciting prizes up for grabs for our top participants!
- Grand Prize (1 Winner): One overall winner will receive an exclusive Special Nippon Paint Motor Helmet.
- Top Scorer Prizes (12 Winners): The twelve participants with the highest scores will each receive a stylish Tumbler with a randomly selected design.
How Winners Are Selected
Winners will be chosen based on their performance in the quiz.
- Top Scorer Prizes: The 12 winners will be determined based on the highest scores achieved by each participant. In the event of a tie for any of these positions, we will select the winners via a random draw from the tied participants.
- Grand Prize Winner: The Grand Prize winner will be selected from the participant(s) with the overall highest score. If there is a tie for the highest score, the winner will be chosen based on the quality and thoughtfulness of the answers provided in the open-ended feedback section. Your feedback matters!

The NIPSEA Newsletter will officially announce the names of all winners in a future edition.
